Your rental includes the use of One for the Road Traveling Irish Pub for the dates and times listed in your booking confirmation. Your booking confirmation will also confirm the delivery location, rental fee, security deposit, and event details.

The full rental fee and booking deposit must be paid before delivery. Accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process.

No. One for the Road Traveling Irish Pub must remain in the approved delivery location and may not be moved by the renter or guests.

The pub is intended for private recreational events at the approved location. The renter is responsible for following all local rules involving noise, zoning, event activity, and alcohol use.

No. One for the Road Traveling Irish Pub does not provide alcohol. Any alcohol must be supplied by the host or venue.

No you do not need a liquor license as long as you are not charging guests for alcohol.

Alcohol may only be consumed when permitted by law and when the event is held on private property. The renter is responsible for following all alcohol-related laws and venue requirements.

A bartender may be available as an optional service, depending on the event and location. Bartender availability does not change the requirement that alcohol must be supplied by the host or venue.

The renter is responsible for damage, theft, or loss that occurs during the rental period.

Use of the pub carries normal event-related risks. The renter accepts responsibility for the event, guests, alcohol-related incidents, and activities occurring in or around the pub.

One for the Road Traveling Irish Pub may end the rental immediately if the agreement is violated or the pub is being misused. Refunds are not provided when a rental is ended early because of misuse or a violation of the terms.

The rental agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
